Lindsay United is a community of believers in Jesus Christ, who gather together to live their lives devoted to God
and being connected with our neighbors through a shared faith and biblical foundation.
Our Mission: The Mission of Lindsay United MC is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded”. [Matt 28:18-20] We further embrace the portion of the UMC missional statement that recognizes that the most important work of the denomination is the work of the local church. “Local churches and extension ministries of the Church provide the most significant arenas through which disciple-making occurs.
Our Vision: In partnership with God, we are growing into a renewing and diverse community of believers, who worship passionately, embrace the authentic word of God, intentionally seek to grow in our faith, and who engage in God’s mission of reaching to the lost and broken, offering God's grace and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
