Worship Music
Music is an important part of our worship experience.  We are always needing people who want to sing or play instruments.

Christ’s gracious invitation through Radical Hospitality invites us to stretch our spiritual wings and to grow in our faith through the study of the Holy Scriptures.

Adult Study Groups

• Sunday Morning at 9:30 am: We have an adult study class on Sunday mornings in the Parlor.
• Wednesday Eve Study Group at 7:00 pm: We are currently studying the story of Jesus Christ as presented through the television series “Chosen”.  We mix that up during the year with studies on other current topics relevant to our Christian Walk.
   

Children’s Sunday School at 9:30 am: We have an adult study class on Sunday mornings in the Parlor.

Youth Ministry/Sunday School: We are in the process of getting Youth Ministry launched.  The rooms are undergoing a face lift (we have great space) and we are hiring a new youth director.  If you are interested in being a support person for the Youth Ministry or if you are a youth looking for a place where you can belong and can grow in your relationship with Christ, we have a place for you.  
UMYF (Youth Fellowship) will be meeting on Sunday nights at 5:30 pm, and we start with a fellowship meal.
Sunday School will be at 9:30 am.

Our men meet for breakfast, fellowship and a devotional on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 8:00 am.  The men select various projects or ministries of the church to support.

Christian hospitality is the active desire to invite, welcome, receive and care for those who are strangers in our midst helping them become connected to Christ, a fruitful member of this Christian community and helping them find a spiritual home as they discover the unending richness of life in Christ.  If you would like to be part of our Hospitality Team, please let us know.

Because of what God has done and is doing in our lives, we find desire and motivation to share those blessings of hope, acceptance and love to others; those who are our neighbors and those who are in need, including the lost and the least.  Risk-taking Mission and services includes the projects, the efforts and the work the people of the church do to make a positive difference in the lives of others for the purpose of Christ regardless if they will ever be a part of the community of faith.  To learn more about our current and future missional projects, CLICK HERE

Extravagant Generosity describes the practices of Lindsay United through our sharing and giving that exceeds all expectations and extends to unexpected measures. It describes a lavish sharing, sacrifice, and giving in service to God and neighbor. Every scriptural example of giving is extravagant.  As a church we intentionally engage in the practice of Extravagant Generosity through our Passionate Worship, Intentional Faith Development, Preach and Teaching, and the practice of giving of our time, our presence, our gifts and our as we focus on the abundance of God’s grace and that emphasizes the Christian’s call to be part of God’s Mission!

The worlds use of technology and the expanding ways of communications is moving at a very fast pace.  If you are interested in using your gifts, talents, experiences and knowledge to help improve our technology and communication abilities, we welcome your participation in our Tech and Communications team.
